Recipe - Must Try!!
On Friday evening, I was watching our local news station and saw a segment for these delicious muffin frittatas. I made them last night, and they are so good! It took mine about 25 minutes to bake, and I added ham to the mixture. These are great to bake, refrigerate and eat later, so they're perfect for breakfast on several days. For breakfast this morning, we had two "muffins," grapes and clementines. They're so fresh and good for you!! Give them a try!
